About the Legal Aid Justice Technology Collaborative (LAJTC)

The Legal Aid Justice Technology Collaborative (LAJTC) is a statewide effort to support the State Bar of California’s 117 grantees in understanding and safely adopting emerging technologies to expand access to justice at scale. The LAJTC will harness the Office of Access & Inclusion as a centralized knowledge hub to serve grantees across the spectrum of technological maturity, staff capacity, and financial resources.  

LAJTC Advisory Panel

The LAJTC Advisory Panel provides strategic guidance for the initiative. Panel members support LAJTC’s work to advance responsible, equitable, and client-centered technology adoption across California’s legal aid community. 

LAJTC AI Champion Network

The LAJTC AI Champion Network brings together legal aid leaders who are actively exploring responsible, practical use of AI in legal aid. Members help support thoughtful, ethical AI adoption across California’s legal aid community.
